Refund Eligibility
-Refunds are applicable only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or not-as-described condition.
- To qualify, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Refunds are not applicable for: change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
How to Request a Refund
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp or Email.
2. Share the mandatory unboxing video along with clear photographs showing the issue.
3. Our Quality Assurance team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or as otherwise agreed).
The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only if the product is damaged in transit or delivered in a defective condition.
An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
Issues must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Conditions for Refunds & Exchanges
Products must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if any) intact.
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift Cards & Store Credit: Remain valid for a lifetime, are non-refundable and cannot be encashed.
- If exchanged for a lower-value product, the difference will not be refunded Customers can instead choose a gift card refund for future use
Important Notes
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Customers are requested to review orders carefully before purchase.
