No, shipping is completely free on all orders across India.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as we begin processing it immediately.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, currently we do not support COD. All payments must be made online at checkout.

My product arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package and contact our support team immediately. We’ll help you with an exchange or refund.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only applicable if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You must share a continuous unboxing video for verification. Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available only if the product is damaged during delivery or defective upon arrival.
An unboxing video is required for all exchange requests.

Are your products ready-made or customized?
All our products are ready-made and carefully crafted before listing — we currently don’t accept custom jewellery orders.
